Using tracing everything can be drawn in any game !
taking FPS game as an example
get the locations where moving objects like players there and add a draw over them means new bytes in memory for these drawings or another thing.
So, if the anticheat can hold the size means the length of the game in memory nothing can be added and if these for real get injected into the game before it get started they can get countered by the anti cheat but if it will get bypassed an in-game verification must happen or these draws can stuck to the game for real as a log of memory will be uploaded to the game company in different times while game is opened .
Also in some other games using skeletons and meshes assets get disappear from the game so the same as i told above will solve it too
